Description

Esco Medical MIRI® AVT Anti-Vibration Table

The field stability during high-magnification microscopy is impacted by ambient low frequencies. In order to protect the microscope from vibrations during In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) procedures, the Anti-Vibration Table (MIRI AVT) is equipped with a passive dampening mechanism. The MIRI® AVT is designed to be user-friendly and almost maintenance-free. The table has a strong, high-quality stainless steel structure that is simple to clean and maintain.

The Anti-Vibration Table (MIRI AVT) is commonly used for In Vitro Fertilization & Sample Handling. In these procedures, the Anti-Vibration Table (MIRI® AVT) is utilized to eliminate undesirable vibrations that limit the high-magnification microscope. When performing micromanipulation processes, the AVT isolates microscopes from vibration via a passive dampening system.

Applications
When employing highly sensitive laboratory balances, microscopes, and other high-precision equipment, an anti-vibration table (MIRI® AVT) is a specialized work surface that can be utilized to considerably reduce vibrations and disruptions. Anti-vibration tables are often employed in laboratory settings while performing precise weighing tests, testing, and scientific analysis. They are made of shock-resistant materials, including granite, steel, and rubber. Simple yet effective, anti-vibration tables (MIRI® AVT) function by absorbing any vibrations in a lab using a shock-absorbing substance. The shock-absorbent material stops motion from traveling from your weighing surface to the tabletop or ground upon which the table is supported.
Anti-Vibration Tables can be utilized in medical research, pharmaceutical production laboratories, university science labs, and food testing facilities. The applications of Anti-Vibration Tables in various industries give significant importance to their manufacturing.
Features

Specially designed for micro-manipulation procedures

The Anti-Vibration Table (MIRI® AVT) is specially designed for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and micro-manipulation procedures such as Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).

For High Magnification Microscopy

High magnification microscopes are intended for use with the MIRI® AVT. It separates the microscope from any vibrations produced above or below any portion of the tabletop that is not a component of the AVT platform as well as from vibrations produced in the room where the table is positioned.

Anti-Vibration Mechanism

The anti-vibration mechanism inside the MIRI® AVT functions as a passive damping device, aimed at reducing the vibration generated on the AVT platform. Through a meticulous selection of mass and support rigidity, the mechanism efficiently minimizes vibrations. However, it’s important to note that while this mechanism partially reduces vibrations, it may not completely eliminate them.
Floors inherently vibrate at low frequencies across various structures, potentially affecting the performance of high-magnification microscopes. To mitigate this issue, installing a mechanism that isolates the microscope region can significantly diminish the impact of vibrations. However, the degree of improvement depends on factors such as the intensity and frequency of floor vibrations, as well as the specific characteristics of the instruments and their locations

Sturdy table frame

The MIRI® AVT features a sturdy and stable construction, thanks to its durable and high-quality stainless-steel table frame.

Stainless steel tabletop

The Anti-Vibration Platform

The Anti-Vibration Platform, which houses the anti-vibration mechanism, is situated at the center of the MIRI® AVT tabletop and serves as the mounting point for the microscope.
