Automatic crimping machines are mainly used to crimp metal rings with developing marks (such as platinum or silver). They can also be used for metals with higher strength (such as stainless steel metal rings) to press the metal rings into the plastic surface to fix them.
The crimping machine is controlled by PLC computer program, and the rotation speed of the crimping machine can be adjusted according to the material of the developing ring;
Adopting the edgeless crimping technology, the surface of the metal ring after crimping is smooth without edges and corners;
The crimping machine can adjust the depth of the plastic pipe according to customer requirements;
Different gripping pieces can be selected according to the diameter of the metal ring. Replacing the gripping pieces is simple and convenient to meet the different needs of customers.
