At Halomedicals Systems, we are committed to providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return process across our global stores.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for both defective and non-defective products (customer remorse).

  • UK Customers: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period, but Halomedicals Systems extends this to 30 days for your convenience.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unopened, and original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required.

  • Hygiene & Safety (Exceptions): Due to the nature of medical products, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or used Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    • Products exposed to blood or bodily fluids.

       
    • Sanitary goods, wound care, needles, and stethoscopes (if the seal is broken).

    • Custom-manufactured or refrigerated items.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [Your Email Address] or use the “Contact Us” form on our website. Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.

  2. Authorization: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent, Halomedicals Systems covers all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.

  • Restocking Fees: * Defective Items: $0.00 (No fee).

    • Non-Defective/Remorse Returns: A 25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging of medical-grade equipment.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
