Fast temperature and gas recovery time using sophisticated firmware and optimally located precision sensors to monitor and control temperature, CO_2, and O₂ levels inside the chamber.
Inner Door Kit helps the fast recovery of parameters and reduces contamination risk, with each section having a dedicated door panel.

Maximum protection against harmful contaminants

90°C moist heat decontamination cycle.
ULPA filter cleans the air so that the chamber returns to ISO Class 5 cleanliness in 11 minutes upon door closing.
