The 25 × 72 mm Waterproof & X‑Ray Detectable Plasters by Detectaplast are professional‑grade wound dressings engineered to meet strict food safety and contamination prevention standards in industrial environments. These plasters are bright blue, a colour that does not occur naturally in most food products, making them instantly visually detectable if they become dislodged from the skin. In addition to visual visibility, they are also detectable by metal detectors and X‑ray inspection systems thanks to an embedded aluminium foil and X‑ray thread underneath the wound pad.
