Description
The ATP200 Carousel Tissue Processor is a robust, user-friendly histology instrument designed to automate tissue sample processing through fixation, dehydration, clearing, and paraffin infiltration. Featuring a microprocessor-controlled touchscreen control panel with 24-hour programming, adjustable bath speeds, and multiple stored protocols, it enhances workflow flexibility and precision. Durable stainless-steel carousel baskets hold up to 255 cassettes across three baskets, while temperature sensors and protective systems guard against overheating and contamination. Ideal for hospitals, pathology labs, and research facilities.
Features of ATP200 Carousel Tissue Processor
- Robust and easy-to-handle equipment, mounted on a tubular sheet metal frame with anti-rust treatment and finished in plastic resin with a high finish and resistance.
- External finish in white color, resistant to the laboratory environment and products such as xylene;
- Microprocessed touch screen digital panel, which controls the equipment functions such as: Date, Time, and Year, and setting of the equipment configuration parameter;
- Daily 24-hour and time delay programming for weekends or extended holidays;
- Variable programming with selectable time intervals according to the operator’s needs;
- Time control and adjustable bath changing speed allow total drainage and avoid contamination from one bath to the next as much as possible.
- Own battery lasting up to 10 years that allows data protection, even in the absence of electricity;
- Continuous operation for +/-20 minutes even in the absence of electricity;
- Energy provided by the UPS, which may vary according to the UPS’s capacity
- Protection sensors that individually control the temperature of the paraffin mugs, with sound and visual alarm for protection against over- or under-heating;
- A protection system that does not allow the passage of the last xylene bath to paraffin if the temperature is not in accordance with the selected parameter.
- Automatic stop system at the end of the cycle;
- A modern protection system that blocks heating of the resistances at 90℃, not allowing temperatures to exceed this value. Storage of up to 09 protocols with programs pre-selected by the operator;
- Stainless steel basket oscillation system with a capacity of up to 85 plastic cassettes, which improves the quality of the processed material;
- Temperature control of the paraffin baths made in the panel itself, with regulation of up to 75℃sensitivity of+/-1 ℃;
- Capacity of 255 plastic cassettes, using 03 baskets (optional).
- Capacity for 10 chemical baths of2or3(optional)paraffin baths, totaling 12 baths of 2000ml each.
- Baths with sealing lids that prevent environmental contamination as much as possible.
- Heating paraffin directly in the mugs, ensuring better temperature control
