The AVTP2500 Vacuum Tissue Processor combines vacuum-enhanced infiltration with intelligent control software to streamline histological specimen preparation. Featuring a large color touchscreen, automatic reagent replacement alerts, hundreds of programmable protocols, power-failure protection, and automatic seal checks, it maximizes efficiency while safeguarding sample integrity. Vacuum processing reduces air contamination and improves reagent penetration, making this system suitable for high-throughput labs handling plant, animal, or human tissue. Designed for ease of use and consistent performance, it supports modern histopathology workflows.

Simplified software with intelligent control.
Automatic reagent replacement: when the alcohol in the first tank has been used for the set number of times, it will remind you that the alcohol concentration is lower than required. The alcohol in this tank will be discharged first, and the alcohol in other tanks can automatically move forward in sequence, thereby saving reagents.
Up to hundreds of protocols to meet different tissue processing requirements and make modification to the current protocol.
Two kinds of distributing valves for Regant and wax are used to treat the reagent and wax separately, to prevent the tube from blocking under ambient temperature.
Power failure protection function. An external UPS is used to prevent tissue damage due to a power failure. When power is restored, the previous protocol is automatically resumed and completed.
Check the seal situation automatically before working, and alarm if any problem happens.
Automatic check of seal situation before work begins, abnormalities will be alerted.
Tissue is placed in a retrot bath, free from air contamination, and drying can be conducted in a controlled environment.
