The Mantis CURVE OTW Rotational Pharmacomechanical Thrombectomy System is a minimally invasive thrombectomy device that merges high-speed rotational disruption with targeted pharmacologic lytic infusion. A curved, sinusoidal tip engages and breaks up large clots while generating a hydrodynamic vortex to help aspirate debris and reduce distal embolization. The over-the-wire (OTW) design accommodates a 0.035″ guidewire for reliable navigation through tortuous anatomy. With multiple catheter sizes and radiopaque construction, it supports efficient removal of thrombi in peripheral or deep venous occlusions.
