Manual Height Adjustment Examination Table

The 2-section examination tables are the basic models of all our table series in terms of upholstery, structure, dimensions and drilling pattern.

• In order to avoid rocking and swinging movements of the table surface, these hand-crank height-adjustable tables are manufactured with precision double square guides. As a result, the height adjustment takes place without lateral offset.
• The optimal transmission ratio (i=10mm/rev) of the maintenance-free gear ensures a rocking-free, fast and easy operation during the adjustment, without great effort, of course also with heavier patients (up to 200 kg).
• The examination tables with height adjustment by hand crank (650 – 850 mm) are available in two widths:
  • Width 650 mm, Article No.: H-U 1065/H, H-U 2065/H and H-U 3065/H,
  • Width 800 mm, Article No.: H-EKG 1080/H, H-EKG 2080/H and H-EKG 3080/H.
• The stability and robustness is achieved by the gusset plates in the frame corners.
• The height adjustment mechanism is made of lacquered blank steel.
• The profiles of the upholstered frame are made of:
  • Lacquered blank steel, Article No.: H-U 1065/H and H-EKG 1080/H,
  • Chrome-plated blank steel, Article No.: H-U 2065/H and H-EKG 2080/H,
  • Stainless steel, Article No.: H-U 3065/H and H-EKG 3080/H.
• The two upholstery segments (headrest and main surface) each have a thickness of 64 mm.
• The crossbars of the flat base construction, chrome-plated and fitted with levelling feet, are more resistant to external influences (e.g., vacuum cleaner knocks, etc.) than a plastic-coated version.
• The headrest can be adjusted continuously up to +40° and locked in place by a handle with a clamping rod mechanism.
