How the Nolose System works:

The cannulas TREPAN cutting profile allows the attainment of uniform intact osteo-medullary cylinders. The inner sample retaining system requires just a moderate luxatory movement. In case of soft or critical bones, or everytime luxatory manoeuvre is to be avoided, the use combined with the SAFE-LOCK accessory (included), will guarantee success in specimen acquirement.

Main product features:

Ease of use and guaranteed specimen collection: The unique NOLOSE core retention system is easy to use even for the inexperienced in the most common cases. For soft bones or critical pathologies, using a BEST-LISAS needle combined with the accessory SAFE-LOCK will always guarantee success in specimen acquisition.
A considerable reduction in pain: The smaller Gauge of BEST-LISAS will give a reduction in puncture area over a traditional Jamshidi needle (see comparative chart) with the same specimen volume and, combined with no need to luxate, renders the procedure particularly pain-free.
A more compact and abundant specimen: The TREPAN crown edge with its advanced geometry will guarantee an intact and larger specimen core even in the softest bone with less pain to the patient and ease of use for the physician.
A simpler and more rapid procedure:Specifi BEST-LISAS requires no luxatory movement to retain the core specimen.
