The patient only needs to hold half of the mouthpieces with their mouth, exhale for 2-3 times, then slowly exhale all the gases in the lungs, then slowly inhale to the maximum value of the lung volume, then resume normal breathing. After the entire test process is completed, the mouthpiece can be removed and dealt accordingly.
