Description
This system is engineered for comprehensive pulmonary diagnostics focused on gas-exchange and alveolar-capillary membrane assessment. It uses high-speed ultrasound technology for flow measurement and integrated real-time CO and He gas analysers to enable single-breath diffusion and online methodologies. The system features a demand valve for efficient gas usage, continuous display of exhalation CO/He concentrations to distinguish dead-space vs alveolar plateau, and assistance diagrams to optimise patient breathing manoeuvres. It’s designed for use in respiratory labs, lung-function and post-COVID rehabilitation clinics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics units, and research environments.
Accurate and reliable analysers enable a high-resolution display of the wash-in curves of CO and helium.
