1. Two levels of coagulation: pinpoint coagulation and fulguration
Pinpoint coagulation provides precise control of bleeding in localized areas.
Fulguration provides greater control of bleeding in highly vascular over-surface areas.
2. Presets
The unit incorporates as many as ten user-defined presets for easy recall of frequency and settings.
3. Isolated RF output for Cut, Blend, and Coag modes
This minimizes the potential of alternate site burns.
4. Ground Referenced RF output for Fulguration modes
5. Self-diagnostics
These diagnostics continually monitor the unit to ensure proper performance. If the diagnostics is unsuccessful, the warning tones can be heard.
