The SURTRON ABC is an advanced argon gas electrosurgical module designed to enhance coagulation procedures in both open and laparoscopic surgeries. By integrating with compatible electrosurgical units, it delivers non-contact, superficial coagulation through the ionization of argon gas using high-frequency currents, particularly effective in SPRAY mode.
Typically 10-21 working days – excluding furniture and heavy/bulky equipment. Please contact us for further information.
Description
SURTRON ABCÂ is a module that can be connected with a compatible electrosurgical unit, specific for coagulation electrosurgical procedures with Argon gas, indicated for both open surgery and laparoscopy.
Argon is an inert gas that used in combination with specific currents for high-frequency coagulation generated by an electrosurgical unit, allows for obtaining a superficial coagulation without contact, thanks to the ionization of the gas flow through the high-frequency current.
SURTRON ABC is realized so that the connection to an electrosurgical unit with compatible characteristics to the Argon procedures allows ergonomics both through manual activation and foot activation. The connection to the ABC unit doesn’t preclude the use of other functions of the electrosurgical units; in fact, in case of use of the compatible LED units, the erogation of the Argon gas occurs only in case of erogation of the current of high-frequency coagulation (SPRAY).
Key Features
-
Argon-Assisted Coagulation: Utilizes ionized argon gas to achieve precise, non-contact coagulation, minimizing thermal damage to surrounding tissues.
-
Versatile Activation: Supports both manual and footswitch activation, providing flexibility during surgical procedures.
-
Seamless Integration: Compatible with various electrosurgical units, allowing the use of other functions without interference.
-
Adjustable Flow Control: Offers flow regulation between 0.2 to 10 LPM, accommodating different surgical needs.
-
Safety Compliance: Meets international safety standards, ensuring reliable performance in clinical settings.
