Description

Deep oscillation in the clinical area
  • Two-channel deep oscillation
  • Frequency range from 5-250 Hz
  • Individual setting of frequency, frequency bands, duty cycle, therapy duration and burst function
  • Contact elements made of biocompatible titanium
  • Special hand applicators in different sizes for surface and local treatments
  • Easily replaceable treatment heads for hygienic use
  • Gloves for treatment with the hands directly

Deep oscillation (DEEP OSCILLATION) is a unique, patented therapy method. By using electrostatic attraction and friction, impulses cause the treated tissue to vibrate pleasantly with a deep biological effect. In contrast to other forms of therapy, these vibrations have an extremely gentle effect and penetrate deep into all tissue components (skin, conductive tissue, subcutaneous fat, muscles, blood and lymph vessels). The following physiological effects of therapy with DEEP OSCILLATION have been clinically documented:

  • Pain reduction
  • Anti-inflammatory effect
  • Edema resorption
  • Promoting wound healing
  • Antifibrotic effect
  • Trophic improvement
  • Reduction of skin redness
  • detoxification
  • Improving tissue quality

For therapy, the patient holds a titanium contact element loosely between their fingers. The pleasant therapeutic effect of deep oscillation occurs under the therapist’s gloves or the hand applicator, which is moved in a circular motion over the tissue. DEEP OSCILLATION® is particularly suitable for the following applications due to its non-invasive, non-traumatic and highly effective approach:

General Features
  • Perfected operating guidance through combination of touchscreen and PHYSIOMED one-button operation
  • 8“ color screen
  • Always the optimal screen alignment thanks to the rotating and tilting monitor joint
  • Comprehensive overview of all therapy parameters and therapy timers
  • Maximum rapid entry into therapy: directly, via program memory or indication index
  • Intelligent filter functions of the indication list by body region or alphabet for quick search of the desired treatment suggestion
  • Comprehensive therapy instructions, dosage suggestions and detailed application videos to illustrate the treatment, which can even be viewed during treatment at the touch of a button
  • Patient database for up to 100 entries: 5 levels can be saved per patient and combined into a treatment sequence
  • Multifunctional intensity controls with intensity comfort adjustment and for quick switching between channels

How it works

In contrast to externally applied, mechanical forms of therapy (e.g. vibration), the therapeutic effect of DEEP OSCILLATION® occurs in the tissue itself and works across the entire tissue depth. DEEP OSCILLATION® is therefore particularly gentle and is an unsurpassed treatment alternative for fresh trauma, post-operatively, for acute pain and in the area of open wounds.

Selected use cases

Deep oscillation (DEEP OSCILLATION®) has an extremely wide range of applications. It is ideal for treating, among other things:

  • Acceleration trauma
  • Endoprosthesis, post-op
  • Fibrosis
  • Lumbago
  • Lymphedema, breast
  • Mastopathy
  • combustion
  • edema

  • Mamma-Ca – from the 1st day post-op
  • Osteosynthesis, post-op
  • Wound healing disorders
