Fireproof and Gas-Purifying Chemical Safety Cabinet Features:
  1.  The shell is entirely made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the cabinet base is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate. The inner and outer surfaces are coated with acid washed phosphating epoxy resin powder and subjected to baking and curing treatment.
  2. The inner liner of the cabinet (upper, lower, left, and right inner lining panels) is all made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene resin) board; On the right side of the cabinet bottom, there is a 304 adjustable air inlet with a stainless steel adjustable air valve; The bottom layer inside the cabinet has a landfill chamber (leakage tank) that can store no less than 120mm thick yellow sand, used for burying flammable materials such as metallic sodium and yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus). The baffle should be connected to the cabinet as a whole; The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with four mobile steel wheels with a diameter of 50mm, which facilitates the movement of flammable and toxic materials storage cabinets; The front wheel has two manually adjustable levers, which facilitate the positioning of flammable and toxic storage cabinets.
  3. The cabinet is equipped with three three-layer stepped PP resin movable shelves, which are made of corrosion-resistant porcelain white PP and have 10mm ventilation holes.
  4. Fireproof material: The cabinet is filled with ceramic fibers, a fireproof material with insulation and heat preservation properties. It is lightweight, heat-resistant, and has excellent thermal stability, making it non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
  5. Hinge: Seamless piano hinge, ensuring that the door can open 180 degrees. Fireproof expansion seals should be installed between the cabinet door and the cabinet, and the seals should comply with the requirements of GB 16807-2009. (An environmentally friendly thermal expansion sealing strip should be installed between the cabinet door and the cabinet. When the temperature is between 150 ℃ -180 ℃, the sealing strip will expand locally, and when the temperature reaches 750 ℃, the sealing strip will expand completely.   9. Temperature and humidity digital display setting and measurement value, high-precision sensor, and immediate alarm prompt when the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet exceed the set measurement value.
  10. PSC fan imported from the United States, with a current of 24 volts, stable performance, ultra quiet, and no spark or static electricity.
  11. Efficient filtration system, arranged and distributed according to particle size, following ASTM standards, effectively targeting acidic and organic gases, with strong adsorption capacity.
