Gas-Purifying Chemical Safety Cabinet Features:
- Metal Components: Constructed from galvanized steel plate (≥1.2mm) with an electrostatic epoxy resin coating, featuring a durable, chemical-resistant, lead-free finish to ensure high smoothness and resistance to corrosion and moisture.
- Door Panel: Made from ≥6mm acrylic board, offering excellent weather and chemical resistance, non-aging, colorless, transparent, and visually appealing.
- Layered Board: Integrated PP tray, acid and alkali-resistant, with adjustable height options and optional perforated galvanized layer board.
- Leakage Drawer: Polypropylene PP inner liner, corrosion-resistant, designed to prevent liquid leakage from broken reagent bottles.
- Monitoring System: Real-time temperature and humidity monitoring with alarm parameters for product safety.
- Fan Monitoring: Alarm system for fan failure, with online adjustable fan speed to accommodate different chemical storage needs.
- Filter Saturation Alarm: Dual-layer filters with dual VOC probes; one monitors indoor air quality and the other filter saturation. An alarm sounds when filter saturation exceeds the set value, indicating the need for replacement.
- PSC Fan: Imported 24V PSC fan from the USA, offering stable, ultra-quiet performance without spark or static electricity.
- High-Efficiency Filtration: Adheres to ASTM standards, effective for acid and organic gases with strong adsorption capacity, and uses HEPA filters for particles >0.3um, achieving 99.995% filtration efficiency.
Software Control Section:
- Display: 7-inch IoT intelligent HMI interface, 1024×600 resolution.
- Communication: Supports SIM card 4G communication with national certification.
- Chemical Management: Manages inventory of up to 100 chemical types, with data synchronization to cloud servers and remote viewing via WeChat.
- Remote Management: Through WeChat, view historical VOC, temperature, and humidity data, historical alarm records, and remotely control fans and alarms.
- API Integration: Supports third-party platform docking.
Working principle of Chemical Safety Cabinet:
- Fan: The fan located at the top of the cabinet extracts air from the laboratory into the interior of the cabinet, generating negative pressure.
- Gas filtration: The harmful gases evaporated from the reagents stored in the cabinet enter the filtration module through the fan, and the toxic and harmful gas molecules are intercepted and filtered by the filter, while the clean gas returns to the room.
- High quality air purification function: The filtered clean air returns to the indoor environment without endangering personnel’s health.
- Purifying laboratory air: Purify the air in the laboratory 24 hours a day to improve the air quality (it is recommended to keep the drug cabinet on for 24 hours)
