Spenco Gel Heel Cups offer deep cupping and gel cushioning to reduce heel pain. With contoured cushioning around the heel area, Gel Heel Cups can alleviate pain from heel spurs or bruises and general heel discomfort. Ideal for daily wear in any casual, work, or walking shoe, Gel Heel Cups combine Thermoplastic Rubber with an anatomical cushioning system for ultimate comfort. Thermoplastic Rubber provides superior cushioning and energy return while the anatomical cushioning system has dual density gels to absorb impact and shock where the heel needs it the most. To use Spenco Gel Heel Cups, simply place them against the inside heel area of your shoes. For the best fit, unlace your shoes entirely to allow for maximum room to correctly position your feet in the heel cups. Tighten laces after your foot is comfortably in place. Hand wash and air dry as needed. Gel Heel Cups come with a one-year unconditional guarantee.
