Description
Part of the W-Move circuit-training series, the Leg Press uses a hydraulic resistance system rather than traditional weight plates. This enables smooth movement and adjustable resistance across multiple levels, making it comfortable, safe, and appropriate for rehabilitation settings as well as fitness/functional training. It targets major lower-body muscle groups – quadriceps, gluteus maximus, calf muscles, anterior tibial muscles, and soleus – and supports controlled linear leg presses for strength building, endurance, and functional conditioning.

Start position
Sit on the Leg Press while keeping your back straight. Use the easy-flex-start to put your feet on the board and grasp the handles.
End position
Hold on to the handles. Extend hips and knees. Push your back into the pad during the entire exercise.

It was also built with a deep heel cup to help stabilize the rearfoot, so whether you are standing or walking, your feet will thank you. This insole is designed for use in a variety of shoes, including athletic, work, and most casual styles. The Spenco Trim-To-Fit Diabetic insole is intended to fit womens shoe sizes 5-11 and may be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new Spenco Plantar Fascia insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen.
