Portable Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor Features:

Working Principle of Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor
UCD-P200I ultrasonic cell disruptor works on the principle of cavitation based on ultrasonic waves in liquids. The transducer transmits electrical energy through the amplifier rod to generate high intensity shear forces in the liquid at the top of the tool head, creating a high frequency alternating water pressure, which causes the cavity to expand and explode to break up the cells. On the other hand, due to the ultrasonic propagation in the liquid to produce a violent perturbation effect, so that the particles produce a large acceleration, and thus collide with each other or with the wall of the mutual collision and shattering.
The above effects are also sufficient to make two (or more than two bells) incompatible liquids mixed uniformly. Because the device can achieve the general mechanical mixing or mashing can not reach the effect, so in the broken animal and plant tissues, viruses, bacteria and other cellular structures, as well as in the emulsification, separation, homogenisation and other chemical reactions, is widely used in biochemistry, medicine and pharmaceuticals, food testing, environmental protection monitoring and other fields.
