Purpose: the heating mantle is intended for heating liquids in 3 round-bottomed flasks with the volume of 500 ml within the temperature range from the ambient one to 450°С
Advantages:
– independent control of each heating element
– two-zone heating with the possibility of switching off the heating of the top zone
– heating element is made of safe fiberglass with nichrome wire which excludes permanent deformation and provides firm adherence to vessel walls to avoid heat losses and improve energy performance of the device
– indication of parameters on the liquid crystal display
– electronic (PID) temperature controller
– automatic and heating tuning of the heating intensity
– timer with visual and audible signaling of finishing of the heating
– locking of the control to provide the protection against accidental change of the operation mode
– possibility of connection of a remote sensor (option)
– determination and indication of the possible faults and malfunctions
– metal housing of the device is covered with powder paint KARUMEL which provides resistance to adhesion, scratching and corrosion
– complete set of supports is included
Remarks:
– the maximum heating temperature is reached when both heating zones are switched on
– due to presence of heat losses, the liquid temperature in the vessel can never reach the maximum temperature of the heating element; therefore, the settable temperature is limited by a value of 400°С

Only needs 200µl of blood (whole blood, serum or plasma is accepted.) and no sample preparation is required. All steps are designed automatically from checking the validity of reagent discs and cartridges to printing the results. Over 30 test parameters are allowed with fast analysis and results in 15 minutes.
