LH820 is an internal plug-and-play sidestream ETCO2 sensor. It does not occupy any host space and connects to the host just with one eight-pin plug. Measuring respiration rate, ETCO2 concentration, inspired CO2 concentration. generally used in patient monitors and anesthetic machines. With a sampling rate low to 50 mL/min, it is ideal for use on adult, pediatric, and infant patients; patients undergoing procedural sedation; and short-term monitoring of intubated patients.

Its unique construction with a built-in non-return valve prevents gas leakage thus giving a maximum use of the gas content. Areas of application are general practice, dermatology, pediatrics, podiatry, aesthetics, veterinary and gynecology/urology. The device uses a state-of-the-art cooling technology that does not require handling of potentially dangerous gases and liquids meaning that the gas cartridge is safely replaced when empty. The device features an ergonomic design where the cooling medium is evenly, accurately and economically distributed by depressing the metering lever.
