This Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor is a device used to break open cells using high-frequency ultrasonic waves. This process, called sonication, disrupts cell membranes, releasing their contents. It’s widely used in molecular biology, biochemistry, and other lab settings for tasks like extracting DNA, proteins, or other cellular components. Handy tool for when you need to get to the good stuff inside cells!
Typically 10-21 working days – excluding furniture and heavy/bulky equipment. Please contact us for further information.
Description
Ultrasonic cell disruptor is a multifunctional and versatile instrument that utilizes intense ultrasonic waves to create cavitation effects in a liquid environment for sonic processing of substances. It can be used for disruption of animal and plant tissues, cells, bacteria, and spores, as well as for emulsification, separation, dispersion, homogenization, extraction, degassing, cleaning, and acceleration of chemical reactions. Additionally, it can disperse and homogenize nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes and graphite selenide, as well as disintegrate, emulsify, homogenize, and break down soil, rock samples, nonferrous metals, and rare earth materials.
Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor Features:
- Digital integration: Fully digital integrated circuit, with consistently stable amplitude output.
- Embedded lighting temperature measurement :Embedded lighting and temperature measurement system
- Integrated: The all-in-one machine integrates ultrasonic power supply and soundproof box, saving space.
- Continuous Operation: Capable of operating continuously for 24 hours, stable and reliable
- Electric Lift: Transducer electric lift for easy sample retrieval and placement
- Conversion Efficiency: The electrical power conversion efficiency is high and consistent.

Unlike traditional ESR methodologies that measure the aggregation of the red blood cells indirectly, the iSED measures it directly and expresses the values in mm/hr.
