Description
Full Description & Features
-
Massive throughput & capacity: Supports 170 sample positions and 40 reagent positions, with automatic sample-type recognition and automatic plug removal before analysis.
-
High-speed performance: First result can arrive in as little as 9 minutes. With a single module delivering 800 T/H, multi-module setup (cascaded up to 4 units) can handle 3200 T/H.
-
Advanced detection technology: Uses acridinium-ester direct chemiluminescence with magnetic-particle mixing; includes a world-class photon counter, patented anti-interference tech, and multi-angle magnetic bead cleaning to avoid cross-contamination.
-
Continuous operation design: Reagents can be loaded without stopping the machine; cleaning fluid auto-preparation; substrate consumables support online replacement. Up to 4000 reaction cups can be loaded at once for long unattended runs. Automatic dilution and retest rules supported. Reagent compartment kept at 2–8 °C for reagent stability.
-
Quality control & sample safety: Built-in controls — sample-type ID scan, clot and spill detection, overflow safeguards. After-analysis QC supports standard protocols (e.g. Westgard rules) ensuring result reliability.
Use Cases / Applications
-
Large diagnostic laboratories, hospital labs, regional reference labs requiring high-volume immunoassay testing.
-
Testing panels: tumor markers, endocrine (thyroid, sex hormones), cardiovascular markers, inflammation, infection/pathogens, coagulation, metabolic markers, etc.
-
Facilities aiming to scale up diagnostic throughput without compromising result quality or requiring large staffing — ideal for high workload environments.
-
Labs that require continuous, 24/7 operation with minimal manual intervention (because of large sample loads) — V919’s high capacity & automation make this feasible.
