Forced air drying oven has the characteristics of new design, advanced technology, precise temperature control, stable performance, easy maintenance, and easy operation. It is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, and heat treatment in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, research institutes, pharmaceutical and health institutions, and other units.

Forced Air Drying Oven Features:
  1. The casing of the box is processed and formed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying technology, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability.
  2. The turbine centrifugal fan blades, with a unique combination of bottom blower and bottom heater, are equipped with vertical double air ducts for vertical hot air circulation, making the temperature distribution in the studio more uniform.
  3. The inner chamber is formed by high-quality mirror stainless steel processing, with four corners forming a semi circular transition surface treated with anti-corrosion technology. The spacing between partitions is adjustable, and the side plate of the air duct and the bottom heating cover have a quick disassembly structure, which is easy to clean.
  4. PID microcomputer intelligent temperature controller with timing and overtemperature alarm, precise temperature control, and convenient reading.
  5. Using a low noise blower.
  6. The box door with a new structure has good insulation effect, and is equipped with a double layer tempered glass large angle observation window in the middle. It is equipped with a lock type elastic adjustment door lock and a high-temperature resistant silicone sealing strip to ensure good sealing and prevent heat loss.
