  • Accordix cloud portal for a specialist to store the data obtained during the training sessions, to control the training details remotely and to analyze all data at any time.

Real-time ECG analysis using artificial intelligence

The artificial intelligence algorithms are helpful in detection and monitoring of the following diseases:

  • premature ventricular contractions;
  • atrial fibrillation;
  • conduction disorders;
  • myocardial ischemia;
  • paroxysmal ventricular and supraventricular tachycardia.

Unlimited number of users

A specialist can control the physiological parameters of any number of patients simultaneously being a few meters or hundreds of kilometers away from them. The physician can be in touch with the patients from almost anywhere in the world.

Biofeedback training control

Before the training session, the patient’s blood pressure and SpO2 values are entered into the system, so the physical activity can be measured and assessed using the Borg scale after the session. The training is conducted in the biofeedback mode, i.e., if the heart rate range specified by the physician is exceeded, the patient receives a sound and visual notification to change the walking pace, and if any cardiac reaction occurs, the system prompts the patient to stop the training.

Effective post-operative rehabilitation The “Dr. Kirgizov” electrical stimulator is successfully used in the rehabilitation of patients after a wide range of reconstructive and plastic surgery on the perineum, abdominal cavity, and pelvic organs. The stimulator allows for timely implementation of rehabilitation measures in early and late post-operative periods providing good clinical results. Thus, the effectiveness of this technology in surgical treatment and rehabilitation with high anorectal anomalies is 93,6%. To enhance the functioning of the sphincter apparatus and muscles during post-operative rehabilitation as well as for nonoperative treatment, you can perform electrical stimulation using the rectal probe (included in the base delivery set). The shape and surface of the probe ensure easy and painless insertion, as well as ease of cleaning after each procedure. Treatment in a medical facility and at home The stimulator is easy to operate, so you can use it both in a medical facility and at home. Now, there is no need to go to the clinic for rehabilitation. Just switch on the device, adjust the stimulation parameters according to the recommendations of your doctor and start the rehabilitation procedure. Intuitive interface The electrical stimulator is handy and easy-to-use. DC output current – up to 2mA Neurostim is intended for the transcranial noninvasive stimulation with direct low current (up to 2 mA). The current generates the electrical field changing the brain cortex excitability. Such brain impact has therapeutic effect in the treatment of different disorders including fibromyalgia, major depressive episode, addiction/craving, lower limb neuropathic pain and recovery of motor functions after stroke and brain injuries. Continuous monitoring of electrode impedance It is very important to keep the reliable skin-electrode contact during the whole stimulation procedure. Poor electrode contact due to improper electrode placement or dry-out can result in decreased therapeutic effect.  Neurostim ensures continuous impedance monitoring. If the electrode impedance is too high, a notification will sound and the stimulation will be terminated (paused). Two modes of use: inpatient  and outpatient For inpatient treatment Neurostim is supplied with pre-defined treatment protocols for most commonly used therapy. Just select the protocol for the particular patient from the list. For outpatient treatment you should create a treatment course (up to 250 stimulation sessions). A patient will start the treatment sessions one by one. The completed session will be locked and cannot be used for the treatment. USB connection for advanced control The software can be used to control and adjust stimulator through USB. In this mode the stimulator is also powered through USB.  The software is a simple way to manage the session list. You can add, remove, edit, import and export session, download user-defined waveform.
