Traction Machine
The Traction Unit is the result of thousands of feedbacks from tens of thousands of physiotherapists over the past decade. Instead of a touch screen LCD panel and working through complicated windows, physiotherapists recommended the ease-to-adjust “HOLD” and “REST” knobs as they have been proven to be one of the fastest and effective ways of adjustments of traction force during treatment. The “HOLD” and “REST TIME” can be adjusted in real-time as well as the FORCE. Once set, press “START” and the new setting will take effect in the next coming cycle. The unit is equipped with a “Patient Switch” for full control of an Emergency Situation, all at the hands of a patient.
Delivery & Availability:
Typically 14-21 working days – excluding furniture and heavy/bulky equipment. Please contact us for further information.

GRIP STRENGTH ASSESSMENT
This assessment tests the maximal grip strength. 100% corresponds to the maximal strength of the patient. It is related to a short and strong physical effort and it is very helpful as a work reference. The most relevant measured parameter is the force peak.
NERVOUS FATIGUE ASSESSMENT
Use the K-Grip to get an insight on your patient’s nervous fatigue level and evaluate their overall recovery after a surgical intervention or simply to ensure their progress.

An innovative pressure dynamometer. K-Bubble is the ideal tool to objectively measure patients’ ability to exert pressure with any body part, as it transforms pressure variations in force measurements. It is ideal for tests on the adductors or the cervical rachis. All the K-Bubble accessories are included.
Features
CHEST STRENGTH ASSESSMENT
Assess muscle strength efficiently by plugging your K-Bubble into any inflatable touch ball. Gain full insight into max. strength and muscle symmetry in real-time.
NECK EXTENSION MEASUREMENT
Measure efficiently cervical and overall neck health by plugging your K-Bubble into any inflatable cushion. Gain full insight of max. pressure exertion as well as pressure distribution in real-time.
ADDUCTOR STRENGTH ASSESSMENT
Measure adductor muscle strength efficiently by plugging your K-Bubble into any inflatable touch ball. Gain full insight of max. strength as well as muscle symmetry in real-time.

JUMP ANALYSIS
Counter Movement Jump and Squat Jump protocols (CMJ & SJ): assess jump height and get indicators during the impulse phase on thrust, power, explosive force, RFD (Rate of Force Development) and Left / right distribution.
Drop Jump protocol (DJ): get jump height following a landing, force development during ground contact and the RSI (Reactive Strength Index).
STATIC AND DYNAMIC BALANCE
These force platforms are dedicated to advanced sportive performance analysis. Connected with Bluetooth to Kinvent Physio App, the K-Deltas help you manage the most efficient return to play process for your athletes.
TURN-KEY PROTOCOLS
Force / Velocity Spectrum Profile : measure the optimal load for Maximal Power, a cutting edge test in biomechanics strength & conditioning. Guide your training towards one of these two antagonist components.
Dynamic Strength Index (DSI): get the ratio between an athlete’s ballistic peak force and their isometric peak force. This protocol includes isometric mid-thigh pull peak force (IMTP) and ballistic peak force during Counter Movement Jump (CMJ).
Unipodal CMJ / SJ: highlight Left/Right differences in Thrust, Force, Power, RDF, Jump Height.

FAST ASSESSMENT
EASY AND CONVENIENT TO USE
REPETITION COUNTS
Train your patients’ on a specific number of repetitions to reach a specific target and control in real-time the achievement as well as the pace of the repetitions.
Key FeaturesMAXIMAL FORCE TEST
Measure the force peak to assess the maximal capacity of a muscle group in a specific situation. The max corresponds to 100% of strength abilities. It is associated with a short and intense physical effort and gives useful working reference.
ENDURANCE AND FATIGABILITY
The most relevant indicator to describe endurance is the average strength maintained for a given length of time. This evaluation can also highlight the patient’s fatigability.
MUSCULAR SYMMETRY
Frequently used for serious lesions that require a long rehabilitation process and the use of tools to measure patients’ progress over time.
