The AI‑180 Automatic CLIA System is a high-throughput, fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer engineered for large-scale clinical laboratories. With a testing capacity of up to 180 tests per hour and support for 50 onboard samples, it ensures rapid, accurate diagnostics for a wide range of analytes. Powered by acridinium ester technology and magnetic bead separation, the AI‑180 delivers excellent sensitivity, stability, and low background noise. It features 20 refrigerated reagent positions, intelligent reaction cup handling, and STAT sample support, enabling efficient urgent testing. Automation is further enhanced with barcode recognition, clot and blockage detection, and a dual-probe system to prevent cross-contamination. The user-friendly touchscreen interface and bidirectional LIS/HIS connectivity streamline operations and data exchange.
