The Expressman™ Guiding Extension Catheter is designed to provide additional backup support and access during complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). With a flexible distal segment and pushable proximal shaft, it allows smooth deep intubation into target vessels, improving device deliverability and coaxial alignment. Its hydrophilic-coated inner lumen ensures low-friction passage of balloons, stents, and other devices. The Expressman™ catheter integrates seamlessly with standard guiding catheters and enables precise control in tortuous or calcified anatomy where extra support is critical.
