The Expressman™ Guiding Extension Catheter is designed to provide additional backup support and access during complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). With a flexible distal segment and pushable proximal shaft, it allows smooth deep intubation into target vessels, improving device deliverability and coaxial alignment. Its hydrophilic-coated inner lumen ensures low-friction passage of balloons, stents, and other devices. The Expressman™ catheter integrates seamlessly with standard guiding catheters and enables precise control in tortuous or calcified anatomy where extra support is critical. The rapid exchange design allows for efficient workflow during high-complexity procedures.
