Fluorescence Spectrophotometer Features:
SP-FL96P fluorescence spectrophotometer is so sensitive that it has become an important analytical method in measurement analysis.
- Provides wavelength, time scanning (kinetic analysis) and quantitative analysis functions.\
- 365nm excitation wavelength Raman peak S/N≥150 for water in 1cm quartz fluorescence cuvette High-performance sensitivity simplifies the measurement of low detection samples.
- 17 levels of gain adjustment are selectable for emission spectrum scanning, including high-speed low signal-to-noise ratio scanning and precision scanning. Full spectrum scanning can be completed within 1 second.
- Intelligent pre-scan function for fast detection of spectral information of unknown samples. And it can automatically ignore the effect of scattering peaks and harmonic peaks.
- Support offline mode and online mode.
- 150W xenon lamp and power supply to ensure high stability and a wide spectral range of testing.
- The normalization feature of fluorescence value can make the results of different fluorescence comparable.
- Optional PC qualitative and quantitative software package with expandable time scanning, wavelength scanning, graphical calculation and storage access.
