Vaginitis Diagnostic Kit (Chemical Reaction Assay)

• NAG (β-N-acetylglucosaminidase) Positive indicates that the vaginal protective mucin barrier has been destroyed. The vaginal mucosa is in a susceptible state or has been infected by microorganisms such as Candida albicans, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma hominis, etc.
• SNA (sialidase) Positive for bacterial vaginosis.
• LE (leucocyte esterase) A positive result indicates inflammation.
• GUS (β-glucuronidase) Positive indicates aerobic infection, such as Escherichia coli.
• H₂O₂ (Hydrogen Peroxide) No coloration indicates positive, suggesting dysbacteriosis.
• pH value The vaginal pH value of healthy women is 3.8–4.5. The farther it deviates from the normal value, the more serious the dysbacteriosis is.
