Microvolume UV Vis Spectrophotometer Features:
UV vis spectrophotometer is an instrument for detecting DNA, RNA, and protein concentration. A sample volume of 0.5 to 2 μl is required for each measurement, allowing fast, accurate and reproducible micro-measurements without dilution. Accessories such as cuvettes or capillaries are not required. At the end of the measurement, you can wipe off the sample directly or use a pipette to retrieve it. The procedure is quick and easy. It can also detect the concentration of OD600 bacteria/microorganisms and other culture fluids.

2. Long-life LED light source assembly, mainly used for detecting nucleic acid concentration and purity.
3. Extremely fast testing speed. Samples can be tested at any time.
4. Long-life optical components, intelligent light source control system, no need to preheat.
5. Can store 100,000 data in each sub-catalog.
6. Detection limit as low as 0.5pg/μL in fluorometer mode (SP-MUV2000I only).
