4A Type 5 Chemical Integrators are the indicators that give proximate results to the biological indicator and they operate in direct proportion to biological death.
This product that is used in a package during steam sterilization process consists of the chemical mixture which is on the part of the acceptance area if the sterilization is successful and on the part of reject area if the sterilization fails.
There is no reference color in integrators, and the results can be interpreted according to the mixture migrating through the window.

With high resistance and high permeability, it is specially produced for heavy and bulky products. 4A Sterilization Self-Sealing Reinforced Pouches are cut and packed according to the requested dimension as 100 pieces wrapped in film. | Features4A Type 5 Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time and temperature parameters during a cycle. The products allow the end user to identify incorrect packaging, load problems and sterilization failures. 4A Type 5 Chemical Indicators are designed to operate at steam cycle 121°C and 134ºC operation conditions.
