SecurBiop Histology Cassette Holder

Description

1. One standard kit contains 6 cassette holders.

2. Place the cassette holder on a flat surface and insert the histology cassettes.

3. One cassette holder can contain up to 10 histology cassettes.

4. The maximum number of histology cassettes that a 2000 ml container can hold is 50.

5. Insert the cassette holders into the container.

6. Place the empty safety layer on the top, in order to prevent the others from floating.

7. Take the perforator.

8. Insert the perforator into the container, with its tips upwards.

9. Place the cap onto the cup, starting to slightly screw it until it stops, in order to level it. Remove the safety ring.

10. Continue to screw and close the container completely – this operation must be performed by two operators, for safety reasons.

11. The specimens are inside the container and can be transported to the specific department.

12. The 900 ml SecurBiop can contain up to 2 cassette holders + 1 safety layer. The 1200 ml SecurBiop can contain up to 3 cassette holders + 1 safety layer. The 2000 ml SecurBiop can contain up to 5 cassette holders + 1 safety layer.
