Description

SURTRON 160 is a high-frequency electrosurgical equipment that is suitable to light and medium surgery. SURTRON 160, through its performance, allows pure CUT, cut-coagulation BLEND, superficial coagulation FORCED COAG, deep coagulation in the absence of necrosis SOFT COAG, and, with a special adapter, BIPOLAR coagulation. The digital reading of delivered power and the monitoring of operative function by a microcontroller guarantee the absolute reliability of working conditions. SURTRON 160 allows a highly professional surgery thanks to the user-friendly and safety solutions normally used. The connection of the neutral electrode is constantly monitored. Safety control of patient/plate contact using split neutral electrode. The possibility to control by the handle the monopolar output functions as well as the delivery of output power, allows for the implementation of the surgical operation without diverting the surgeon’s attention from the surgical field.

Key Features
  • Operating Modes: Supports multiple modes including pure CUT, cut-coagulation BLEND, superficial coagulation (FORCED COAG), deep coagulation without necrosis (SOFT COAG), and, with a special adapter, BIPOLAR coagulation.

  • Digital Interface: Equipped with a microcontroller for digital reading of delivered power and monitoring of operative functions, ensuring reliable performance.

  • Safety Measures: Features patient/plate circuit monitoring, output power monitoring, and self-check control. The connection of the neutral electrode is constantly monitored, with safety control of patient/plate contact using a split neutral electrode.

  • Underwater Cutting and Coagulation: Capable of performing procedures in wet environments, expanding its range of applications.

Electrotherapy electrodes with cables are used to connect the electrodes to the electrotherapy device, allowing electrical currents to be delivered to the targeted area. These cables typically have a standard 2mm pin connector that plugs into the device and the electrodes. There are different types of cables available, such as:
  • Standard Lead Wires: These are the basic cables that come with most electrotherapy units.
  • Bifurcation Cables: These cables allow you to connect multiple electrodes to a single channel, effectively doubling the number of electrodes you can use.
  • Extended Length Cables: These are longer cables that provide more flexibility in positioning the electrodes.
